1. What is your MOQ?
   Because garment dyeing and vintage washing require specific vat minimums, our MOQ typically starts at 100-200 pieces per color. Contact us with your design for exact details.
2. Will the waffle fabric shrink significantly?
   Waffle knit naturally shrinks more than flat cotton. However, our 300GSM fabric undergoes extensive pre-shrinking, and the intense vintage wash process removes almost all residual shrinkage before it reaches your customer.
3. Can I control the amount of distressing?
   Yes. You can specify in your tech pack exactly how much distressing you want (e.g., light nicks on the collar only, or heavy distressing on the cuffs and hem as well).
4. Are all pieces exactly identical in color?
   No. The vintage wash process is designed to create a unique, lived-in look. While we match your target Pantone, slight shade variations between individual shirts are a hallmark of authentic garment-washed apparel.
5. How long does production take?
   Sample production takes around 10-15 days due to the custom dyeing/washing. Bulk production takes about 25-35 days, depending on order volume.
6. Can you make custom labels and packaging?
